Fujairah, June 10 (WAM) -- His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, met with Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, Head of the Mystery Shopper Program in Fujairah, at his office at the Amiri Diwan. During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the report of the seventh session of the program for the year 2024 and its most prominent results, as it witnessed a remarkable development in the performance indicators of a number of government agencies in Fujairah, in addition to the development of the quality of government services provided by the entities within the scope of the program.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah stressed the role of the program in enhancing the efficiency of performance in the government work system in the emirate, and achieving the aspirations of customers and beneficiaries of government services, praising the efforts made in implementing the program, and pointing to the support and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, for the results of work in government institutions and the requirements for developing them in line with the comprehensive development transformations at the level of the emirate. His Highness also appreciated the active role of those in charge of the program in consolidating the culture of excellence and quality at the level of institutional work, and the positive results it has achieved as a contribution to developing the customer experience and raising the levels of competitiveness among entities.
For his part, Colonel Khalid Abdullah Al-Wael Al-Dhanhani, General Supervisor of the program, gave a detailed explanation of the program's work methodology during the past year, and highlighted the themes that were focused on, as well as reviewed the field operational efforts that contributed to monitoring observations and making recommendations necessary to improve services. The meeting was attended by HE Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
