Fujairah, April 7 (WAM) - His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, received Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, Chancellor of the University of Fujairah, at his office in the Emiri Diwan. During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the university's plan, its comprehensive status, and its programs that serve to achieve its goals, in line with the country's vision and directions in the higher education sector and the development of the education system in the Emirate of Fujairah.
His Highness pointed out the importance the Fujairah government places on implementing the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to keep pace with the needs of educational institutions in the emirate, ensuring the successful implementation of their programs and plans, and implementing best practices in the field of education in accordance with the latest requirements and changes that keep pace with the labor market.
His Highness also directed a focus on employing the best applied practices in scientific research, innovation, artificial intelligence, and technology in the university's programs and projects. Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, President of the University of Fujairah, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah for his interest and follow-up of the university's work and requirements.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
