FUJAIRAH, 27th April, 2017 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, opened Al Siji Societal Majlis on Thursday.
The gesture followed the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to establish four societal majlises in the emirate.
The opening ceremony was attended by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Authority for Culture and Information; Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, other Sheikhs and officials.
Sheikh Mohammed appreciated the successful role played by the societal majlises through the exchange of ideas and launch of initiatives that aim to develop regions and enhance social communication to deal with issues in these areas.
He also stressed the importance of provision of services in line with the inclusive plans of the emirate.
